Universal Studios Update: Keep Working! (PART 3)

Welcome to PART 3 of this new Universal Studios Florida photo-update (PART 2 can be found here).

Let's now continue to take a look around the various areas of the park:

Work on the facade of the Amazing Pictures store facade was just recently completed:

Moving over to the future London-themed area:

We took (as usual!) two panoramic pictures of the working area. Here's the first one (FULL-SIZE):

Here you are another one (FULL-SIZE):

More pictures of the area:

Once we took those photos, a Team Member asked us if we knew what was being built in the area. Since we know that Universal has been getting very strict about taking photos of construction areas (even from Guest areas!), we had to play it dumb, so we answered that we don't know for sure (and that is the truth, actually). He also then mentioned that since he worked there, he could not share any information, but he said to check out Screamscape to know more... We just wanted to apologize to the Team Member for not telling him who we really are (hopefully he will read this).

Back to work, we took some more photos of that huge building currently under construction:

Moving over to the Simpsons themed area:

New extended queue/possible meet-and-greet area:

  2. Their not supposed to tell people to go to any other website, except universalorlando.com for the latest news. Especially not a website on rumors.

  3. One question and one comment...

    1) In the London attraction, it looks like there is some sort of track, almost like a roller coaster. What is that?

    2) There's no way they can or should ask you to not take pictures of anything from a guest area. If they want something hidden, they should hide it.

  4. Jason - it seems like it will be a roller coaster based on Gringotts from what I've heard.
