Disney Family Movies: Daily Movie Review

For the month of October Disney Family Movies is offering one free month when you sign up! The participating cable providers are Mediacom, Cox and AT & T U-verse. Read more HERE.

We’re highlighting one movie per day that’s currently playing on Disney Family Movies. For Tuesday, October 2nd, you can huff, you can puff, but you cannot escape the delight that is the 1934 Silly Symphony short, featuring everyone’s blustery villain from The Three Little Pigs, The Big Bad Wolf!

He’s one of Disney’s most endearing characters— from 1933’s The Three Little Pigs to his own Sunday newspaper comic, all the way to 1988’s classic romp in Toontown, Who Framed Roger Rabbit? and continuing on to Disney Channel’s Disney’s House of Mouse. But now the whole family will have a chance to laugh at the Wolf (little known fact: he’s also known as Zeke) and sing-along to his endearing theme song, ‘Who’s Afraid Of The Big Bad Wolf?,’ written by Frank Churchill— the very same Disney tune-master who penned ‘Heigh-Ho!’. So enjoy the symphony of the Big Bad Wolf for a night of little, good, silly family fun!
