SeaWorld Update: New Home for Penguins (Part 2)

Welcome to part2 of this new SeaWorld Orlando update (PART 1 can be found at this link).

This has to be the most exciting part of our update. Why? Well, because we take you high up, above the park!:

Manta:

Another look at the Antarctica area:

The former "Friends of the Wild" gift shop:

The new Antarctica area will take over a big chunk of the backstage:

Work also continue on the Dine with Shamu area:

The fountains in the middle of the lake, as seen form above:

As we got back down, we noticed some new banners near the Dine with Shamu area:

By the way...

...it looks like a new set of LED lights has been installed in the Dine with Shamu pool area:

They look very interesting:

A look above the walls:

We also noticed new banners advertising the SeaWorld plus Aquatica deal:

Going to Shamu's Happy Harbor:

Sadly, we have to announce that it looks like SeaWorld's Seven Seas Railway will not be coming back:

Indeed, as you can see from the following photos, it looks like the entire track has been removed:

The Jazzy Jellies flat ride is currently under refurbishment:

The ¡Viva la Música! event is now over. All the booths seen int the following photos will still remain, but will be re-purposed for other seasonal events, as the park does every year:

Before closing, take a look at what you can see from SeaWorld's Sky Tower. Yes, that's our favorite geodesic dome known as Spaceship Earth:

And that was the last photo. Thank you very much for reading. We sure hope you have enjoyed this latest report, and we warmly invite you to check back here daily for the latest news from all of the area's attractions.
