The "Country Castle" Changes Color... Once Again

Many of you will certainly wonder if we made a typo in this post's title, but it is actually true. We do have a "Country Castle" here in Central Florida. It is officially called Alligator Alley, and it is a bar with a theme that mixes a medieval castle with a country saloon. And the castle was painted green and yellow. Weird, isn't it? Well, it looks like the owners finally recognized that they may have gone too far with the colors, so they decided to completely repaint the whole structure. Here you are some photos of the castle itself (which has been temporarily painted white. A new coat of paint should be applied over it):

For now, just the front facade has been repainted:

The castle could be represented by a "chameleon", as it has changed colors quite a few times in the past two years. Here you are some examples (pictures taken from some of our previous updates:

First new color scheme (originally, it was dark grey):

Second new color scheme:

Current look (the color will change again soon):

We certainly hope they will choose a better combination of colors!

Regarding the bar itself, we do not know if it was actually sold to a new company, but it does look like something is not right, as the bar's official website does not exist any longer. We will keep you informed.

  1. I wish the old haunted mansion was still there. We never got to go in as the computers were down the night we headed over.
