Contemporary & Polynesian Resorts - Pool Rehabs

Some areas of the pools of Disney's Contemporary Resort and of Disney's Polynesian Resort will receive their seasonal refurbishment. Please, be aware of the following two advisories:

Disney's Contemporary Resort: Pool Slide Refurbishment 
Now – February 17, 2012

Please be advised that Contemporary Feature Pool Slide will be closed for refurbishment beginning January 5 and is expected to reopen February 18. The pool will remain open. Watercraft transportation is available to the Beach Pool at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. for Guests who would like a slide experience.  

Disney's Polynesian Resort: Nanea Volcano Pool Refurbishment 
Now  –  April 1, 2012

The Nanea Volcano Pool at Disney’s Polynesian Resort will be under refurbishment from January 30 - April 1, 2012. Guests may use the Nanea Volcano pool; however, the slide will be down for four weeks beginning February 6, 2012. Guests wanting access to a pools slide can take pontoon transportation to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
