New Show to Debut on Disney's Newest Cruise Ship

The Disney Fantasy, the newest ship of the Disney Cruise Line, will have a brand-new show for all its guests (when the ship will debut), called "Wishes." It will look absolutely great. How can we say so? Well, here you are some interesting concepts that you will be able to see. From the official Disney Parks Blog:

“Wishes” takes guests on a musical journey with three best friends visiting Disneyland Resort to celebrate their high school graduation.

Each is unsure of what the future holds for them, so they make a wish to go on the “Ride of Our Lives” – the show’s opening musical number. Next they’re taken to an enchanted world where Disney characters materialize to guide them on their journey.
Some of the familiar tunes you’ll hear and faces you’ll see include…

Disney Parks Blog author Jonathan Frontado is visiting Disney Cruise Line’s rehearsal facility to get a glimpse of this new show. [Here is the] “behind-the-curtain” video from his visit:

Also, here you are some more interesting information about the show and the new Disney ship:

"In addition to a troupe of talented performers, “Wishes” will feature 290 costume pieces, 18 puppets, two confetti drops, and conclude with an indoor fireworks finale.
The Disney Fantasy – the fourth ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet – will sail its maiden voyage from Port Canaveral, Fla., on March 31, 2012. The ship will take Guests on seven-night cruise vacations to the Eastern and Western Caribbean."

This show (and the ship) will be absolutely great, no doubt on that!
