Hollywood Studios Update - Just Singing in the Rain

Let's check out together Disney's Hollywood Studios, to see what's new since our last update.
One thing that changed, is obviously the weather. It was rainy:

Yes, it was...

A new "Let the Memories Begin" billboard has been added where the former Star Tours 3 billboard was located:

A better look at the whole billboard, which doesn't look bad:

And we're finally in!:

Let's begin with our top 3 new "Vinylmation" pins, which are on sale at the "Crossroad of the World":

Waiting for the mediocre "Countdown to Fun!" parade to come:

But, what happened to the big "Pluto" on top of the building?:

It looks like he's being refurbished:

A look around the park:

Oh, here comes the parade... time to look away, otherwise we may risk to cry:

Going to the Animation Courtyard:

The Magic of Disney Animation:

The huge queue of the Magic of Disney Animation is finally open once again, but they didn't do anything special:

They just repaved the whole area... We were expecting something more:

Inside, everything's still the same:

Some new artworks have been added inside the "Walt Disney: One Man's Dream" Attraction:

How can this be still here??:

Not a bad wait time for Toy Story Mania. Only 110 minutes...

Very odd juxtaposition of this billboard:

I was indeed having a laugh, as it was very difficult to even notice the billboard due to the branches of the trees:

Now, this angle is much better:

And, they do sell those DVD's in various stores of the park:

This should be gone:

A look at the Streets of America:

Herbie may be gone from the show, but he still has his very own "drive-in", just outside the "Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show":

CARS 2 meet-and-greet:

The Phineas and Ferb meet-and-greet is extremely popular:

Some new, interesting props have been added:

They even have entertainment... all for a meet-and-greet!:

Buzz Lightyear is still missing from the top of "Pizza Planet":

Star Tours 2 is still very popular:

Since a few months, all the kids that want to participate in the "Jedi Training Academy" have to first check-in in the former post-show of "Sounds Dangerous":

Sunset Boulevard:

A look at the newly-refurbished "Fresh Produce" location:

Disney California Adventure, we already have a replica of the Carthay Circle!!:

The Hollywood Tower Hotel:

In the parking lot, they advertise a new television show called like the very famous airline company that... well, went out of business some years ago: the Pan Am:

And that's all for today. Thank you very much for viewing, as always, and have a good rest of the day!

  3. What's worse: Prince Caspian still being there, or the fact that so many people are waiting in line for it?

  4. Woo! Finally a DHS update! I guess OPTN wants a lot of things gone at the park :) I agree with the removal of the Prince Caspian attraction and the poorly inspired parade. Hate to be nudge, but after seeing the pictures of the park's billboards, I have to ask: Is the Roger Rabbit billboard still at the park? I believe it is located in Echo Lake.

  5. Hey Samuele how are the crowds around the parks right now? Are they still Summer Crazy or have they started to decrease a little?
