"Celebrate a Dream Come True" Performs Twice Daily

Finally a good change for the Magic Kingdom: starting on July 18, 2011, for the rest of the month of July, the "Celebrate a Dream Come True" parade will perform twice each and every day. Take a look:

July 18-31, Magic Kingdom Park will be running two performances of the Celebrate a Dream Come True parade daily, at noon and 3:30 p.m. We’ve seen the benefit of running two day parades during holiday periods and are exploring the benefits of this offering during a summer timeframe.

During that period, show times for the Move it, Shake it, Celebrate it! Street Party will be moved to 10 a.m., 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.  Magic Kingdom Park will return to a single afternoon (3 p.m.) parade on August 1.

Sounds like a test for something they would do in the future during the busy summer months.

  1. I dont mind this, but the parade being performed twice a day isnt worthy.

  2. So where are all the "All Mighty Dollars" people now, complaining about all the cuts. Every single cut gets dozens of posts and hundreds of people complaining. But we never seem to notice when they put something back, or expand something.

This will concentrate some of the crowds, giving you a chance to both ride during a parade with reduced waits AND see the parade.
