The Tiki Room's official reopening date and more

The Enchanted Tiki Room: Under New Management is currently receiving an extensive refurbishment, due to the fire of January 2011. Rumors say that it will be changed to the original, much better show, which was called "Tropical Serenade". The original name is better than "The Enchanted Tiki Room: Under New Management"...

It was said that the show would have reopened in March, at first. Then, it was changed to June.

Now, the Walt Disney World resort has confirmed that the Tiki Room will reopen on August 16, 2011.

On a related news, Primeval Whirl, the spinning wild mouse coaster at Disney's Animal Kingdom, will remain closed until June 2, 2011, according to Walt Disney World's calendar of rides refurbishments.
