The Great Movie Ride: VIDEO

One of the greatest dark rides ever created is located at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

We're referring to "The Great Movie Ride", where you can see recreations of many scenes of famous movies, such as Mary Poppins, Public Enemy, Indiana Jones and the Lost Ark, Tarzan, The Wizard of Oz, and many more. All is fantastically done wit huge, themed sets, Audio-Animatronics, live actors, special effects and much more. This is surely not your usual dark ride.

Did you know that this ride was originally designed for Epcot, and that the idea of Disney-MGM Studios (now called Disney's Hollywood Studios) was originated right from this very ride? If it wasn't for the Great Movie Ride, we would not have a third park!
