Figment is late...

As you know, ImageWorks at Epcot has opened a brand-new game, called "Compose your own Figment",
which gives you the ability to create your own version of one of the best Disney Characters ever created.

Unfortunately, it looks like the system they implement in this game... is not very good. Why? Well, we "built" our own Figment almost three weeks ago (in January) and, even though we e-mailed Figment to ourselves, it didn't show up until today! Does it take THREE WEEKS to e-mail a very simple drawing?

Here it is, by the way:

Now, I'm not saying that I'm sad because I didn't receive the picture on time (I didn't care a lot, because it is not a real picture of Figment, since the color has been altered), but this leaves me a bit perplexed. You can really notice that the program they've used has been done very quickly. I really hope they change it. Even better, make a complete new Imagination ride, with Figment, the Dreamfinder (and maybe even Nigel Channing, he's really great), along with a complete refurbished second floor of ImageWorks!

Yep, I let my Imagination run wild.... Sorry Mr. Nigel!

  1. Well Sam, to program is a really hard work, believe me, I do it everyday!!!
Maybe they've collected all the pictures and the mail address waiting for the internet connection!!!

  2. I think its more of a server issue. But then again these types of bugs always come up when a product gets released to the masses.

  3. Aren't there a couple of other 'email yourself' type kiosks in the World? I can't remember which one my husband did on our December trip - but it took 2 or 3 days!
