No new country for Epcot?

According to an article found on CFNews 13, it seems like all our hopes for a new country for Epcot may not be fulfilled... Here's what the article says:

Latest buzz on Epcot’s future: Don’t expect a new country soon

LAKE BUENA VISTA --
We’ve been hearing a lot of chatter about something reporter Richard Bilbao blogged on Aug. 10 for our partners at the Orlando Business Journal.

According to Bilbao, a Walt Disney World insider told him that Disney is considering the addition of a 12th country, maybe Spain.

If this pavilion is built, his source says a good place for it would be between France and Morocco.

The only two pavilions built since Epcot opened in 1982 were Morocco and Norway. There are now 11 pavilions.

But Disney Public Relations told me Monday that it is not planning on adding a new country. A spokeswoman would not say what Disney had in the works for Epcot’s 30th anniversary celebration in 2012.

Meanwhile, we do know that a restaurant called La Hacienda de San Angel, at the Mexico pavilion, should be open by mid-September, according to the Disney Parks food writer.

That's not a very good thing. No new pavilion for AT LEAST other 2 years!
It means that we'll have to wait even longer, because if they WOULD begin to work on it in 2012, it would take AT LEAST another year, so we would wait until 2013, 2014....

I hope they change their mind. BUT, MAYBE THEY'VE GOT SOMETHING ELSE TO DO....
What do you think? Should they focus on the Imagination and the Wonders of Life pavilions more than on another new country? I hope so!
