Universal raises ticket prices

Universal Orlando resort announced that it will raise the price for the 2-park 7-day ticket from $99 to $170! That's a very big change!
Of course, they changed the price for the new WWoHP, (so people get to pay more to see it) and also because Universal said that the price of $99 was too low for 7 days and 2 parks.
Look at these prices:
7 DAYS:
ULTIMATE FLEXIBILITY Less Than $25 Per Day! Full Details Adult: $169.99 Child: $149.99 4 DAYS:
PARK TO PARK ACCESS Less Than $37 Per Day! Full Details Adults: $144.99 Child: $127.99 3 DAYS:
PARK TO PARK ACCESS Less Than $47 Per Day! Full Details Adult: $139.99 Child: $124.99 2 DAYS:
PARK TO PARK ACCESS Less Than $68 Per Day! Full Details Adult: $134.99 Child: $121.99 1 DAY:
2 PARK ACCESS Full Details Adult: $109.00 Child: $99.00
Will this change your plans to come to Universal this year, or it doesn't matter to you?

  1. Considering all that you get for the price and with the soon to be Harry Potter it's still a better deal than Disney and and still a great deal.

  2. You mean "raise the price," not "rise the price." (When you raise something, then there is a rise.) Keep up the awesome site! :-)

PS: You can delete this after you fix the error ;-)

  6. I thought it was interesting how the annual pass rate for the most basic pass went down $10...but I believe it's because they discontinued flex-pay on that particular option.
