Changes Coming to World Drive Near the Parking Lot of Magic Kingdom

Guests visiting the Walt Disney World Resort should be aware that traffic will soon shift back onto the original southbound World Drive near the Speedway gas station and the Car Care Center. In preparation for the shift, southbound World Drive will be closed between 2 a.m.–6 a.m. the morning of Wednesday, April 4.


During this time, please follow the appropriate detours:
  • Blue route: Drivers traveling southbound on Floridian Way will be directed eastbound on Seven Seas Drive to reach their destination.
  • Green route: Drivers exiting the Magic Kingdom parking lot will be directed around the Speedway gas station.
