Executive Chef Héctor Colón and his team focused on creating flavorful experiences from around the world. Unique eats, distinct beverages, and many delectable desserts highlight the event. The festival features 11 new global marketplaces complete with more than 60 unique Asian, Latin, European, Polynesian, and North Atlantic dishes.
