Dillon's Scenic Tour Around Animal Kingdom - Part III

It was pretty bright out today so the one meerkat was out above to stand watch over the rest:

Do you see Jafar in the rock formation? It's a "Hidden Disney Character":

A storm is moving in... It was about that time:

The future starting point of Avatar Land:

These ducks were smart. They knew where to hang out. We had about 8 ducks around us while we were eating and were just quacking away begging for a bite. We fed them the strawberries we didn't eat.  They were pleased in the end that they let us pet them. Very cool:

Small little Mickey in the middle of our funnel cake:

Notice the rock formation looks like a dragon? It's a reference to the never-built Beastly Kingdomme:

Survey markers are starting to be put around the future Avatar Land section. Can't wait!:

And that's it! Hope you enjoyed my pictures I took throughout the park and I have a new idea coming soon that I'll be sharing with all of you! Keep checking back for new material.

  1. Dillon's scenic updates are great! I love seeing little details of the parks that the main updates can't get to. What time of day was Everest 5 minutes? This gives me hope for my trip in 3 weeks!

  2. It was from 2:00pm and on pretty much. Animal Kingdom closes at 5:00pm right now till the peak season picks back up.

  3. You should not feed the ducks. There are signs all around not to feed the animals.
