SeaWorld Update: More Glaciers Appear (PART 2)

Welcome to part 2 of this SeaWorld Orlando update (PART 1 can be found right here)!

Time for more panoramic photos of the future Antarctica - Empire of the Penguin themed area:

It's going to be chilly in that building:

Going down:

Other very famous tourist attractions seen in the distance:

After this great panoramic view of the park, we decided to check out the obsolete "Shark Encounter" attraction, and we discovered that a small section the exhibit has been refreshed:

This was the Rainforest section of the attraction, and it now has a shark theme (sounds more appropriate...):

The walls have a new "theme" as well:

There are also new projections around the area:

This was the only leftover:

Finally, we noticed that SeaWorld will use a brand-new logo for the 2013 Summer Nights event:

And this concludes our SeaWorld Orlando update. We hope you enjoyed it! See you real soon.

  2. Awesome update. The Antarctica area is coming together very nicely, I am extremely excited to see it once it opens. Once they're finished, i'd say the two attractions most in need of an update is the entrance area to Kraken and the ride portion of Wild Arctic.

  4. Agree with anoymous with Wild artic as last year on one of them during the ride a door opened and it was like a e-stop but it was during the most extreme part of it. Scary!

  5. Agreed..Wild Arctic would we an awesome attraction if only the ride portion was as good as the post ride exhibit.

  6. Having worked in this exact area of Seaworld I have to look at the new building and all the work and wonder... How on earth are they going to control the area flow?
From what I can see it cuts off one of the main entrances to Sealion and Otter as well as Pacific Point. Granted it is hard to tell from the pictures exactly how this will work.
