Monorail Coral Officially Returns to Service

Monorail Coral is finally back with its original color! Indeed, the monorail train (that was previously called the "TRONORAIL," due to the huge advertisement of the homonymous movie, that covered the whole train) has been down for refurbishment for some weeks, to remove the "Tron" advertisement .

Now, it is finally back in its original state. Take a look at some photos:

This is how it used to look (this picture was taken just a few days before the monorail train would go down for refurbishment):

A THING OF THE PAST.

Talking about this subject, as you may have heard, a new monorail will soon be added to the existing 11, taking the total number of Disney monorails back to 12. The new monorail (dubbed as "Monorail Peach") will have a very similar color as monorail coral, and it has been made by merging some of the pieces of the two monorail trains that got involved in the terrible accident that killed one of the conductors back in July 2009.

  1. I wish that the monorail system was extended throughout the resort. That way,it can take the OTPN team to Animal Kingdom for a much needed photo update ;)
