The Walt Disney World Resort is a place that is constantly changing to provide the best possible experience to Guests visiting the theme parks, resorts, and all the other amenities and excellent services that complete the experience.
For this reason, some of these offerings may be impacted during some specific times of the year. One of the most important of these services is transportation. The following list includes some advisories that Guests should be aware of:


Ramp Closures
On August 12, the onramp to westbound Buena Vista Drive from westbound Epcot Center Drive will be closed to all traffic from 2 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. and the onramp to southbound World Drive from westbound Buena Vista Drive will be closed to all traffic from 4:30 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. The closure for the onramp to northbound World Drive from westbound Epcot Center Drive that was scheduled for August 5 has been postponed untill further notice.

Bus Drop–Off and Pick–Up Location Change at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort
Disney’s Yacht Club Resort porte-cochere will undergo refurbishment near the Valet parking lot entrance and the Disney Magical Express pick-up and drop-off location through Friday, September 11. During this time, Walt Disney World buses will enter the resort via the main entrance pass the security kiosk. The buses will make the first left into the Yacht & Beach Convention Center porte-cochere, and will enter on the right side under the covered porte-cochere to pick-up and drop-off Guest.

Magic Kingdom Park Bus Loop Changes
The following load zone changes have taken place at the Magic Kingdom Park bus loop:
  • Disney’s Port Orleans Resort-Riverside moved to loads 27/28;
  • Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort moved to 19/20;
  • Disney’s All Star Music Resort moved to 21/22;
  • Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort moved to 23/24.

Watercraft Transportation Test
Through August 8, Sassagoula River Cruise will test direct service to the Marketplace Dock at Downtown Disney from each resort at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort. This will take place from 5-11 p.m. each day.

Load Zone Change at Walt Disney World Swan Hotel
The load zone at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel has been moved to the front of the Swan Convention Center from its current position. This move is scheduled to last until September 27, 2015.
