The Disney Magic, one of the four ships of the Disney Cruise Line, will undergo a routine dry dock period in Cadiz, Spain from September 5 through September 18, 2015. The very first sailing after dry dock will be an 11-night westbound transatlantic cruise on September 19, 2015, from Barcelona, Spain to Miami.
While most of the work will be routine maintenance, a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique will be added to the cruise ship in a new location on Deck 10 (Forward).

In addition to that, the Edge (a children's activity center for kids 11 to 14 years of age) will be relocated from Deck 2 to a location on Deck 9 (Midship), a space formerly occupied by the Quartermasters Arcade. The remainder of the work will focus on stateroom refurbishments and routine maintenance.
