My Disney Experience Park Hours Issue (Android Devices)

Please, note that Guests who have downloaded the My Disney Experience mobile app on Android devices are currently seeing an error stating “Schedule Unavailable” when attempting to view park hours. Walt Disney World's technical teams have identified the issue and are working to create a fix. Once the fix is completed, it will be submitted to the Google Play Store for download. A release announcement will be sent out when it is available. iOS devices are not affected.


  1. I have iOS 7 and am also experiencing this issue. Any available updates?
