Busch Gardens Update - February 2013 (PART 2)

Welcome to PART 2 of this new Busch Gardens Tampa update (PART 1 can be found here).

Let's continue our tour of the park by entering one of the most beautiful-looking lands of the park - Egypt:

King Tut's Tomb:

The mighty Montu:

Now we'll jump all the way to Nairobi:

The train station:

We finally got the chance to see the park's new Animal Care Center:

The exterior of the building is great:

A look inside:

During our visit we also had the chance to see a surgical operation being done on an animal:

The Rhino Rally attraction is incredibly short now, and - sadly - really not worth riding any longer:

Time for some aerial shots, taken from the park's SkyWay attraction:

  1. There was talk that Busch Gardens were going to extend the Rhino Rally to make it a bit more like Kilimanjaro Safari.
That idea seems to have gone by the wayside, and I think Rhino Rally's days are numbered

  2. Rhino Rally has always been whatever your driver can make it. When the new script was written by a self worshipping idiot, none of the drivers wanted to do it. The water portion was only 2 minutes long so you really aren't missing that much of the ride.
