Universal Studios Update: A Very Busy Day (PART 1)

Universal Studios Florida is one gigantic construction area at the moment, and the busy holiday season is absolutely not slowing down the progress! As always, we have got plenty of photos to keep you up-to-date with all that is happening in the park, and since we get to the Universal Orlando Resort almost every week now, we can tell you that we are really excited. Both theme parks are really "alive," and new attractions and additions are always on the horizon. Let's take a look together around the Universal Studios Florida park (we will get to Islands of Adventure in a separate, smaller update):

You can already tell that we are in the busiest season of the year:

Of course, the newest attraction had one of the longest line:

Yep...

The extended queue looked quite scary:

More and more people:

On with the news. First of all, the lift-hill of Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit doesn't have its banner:

A new one should be up very soon:

Nearby we also noticed a brand-new snack bar:

The menu is very basic:

The theme of this snack bar is very good, though. It matches perfectly the theme of the nearby area:

Work on the Transformers building continues:

The new Donkey meet-and-greet is also slowly taking shape:

The new, extended sidewalk is quite noticeable:

The outdoor tables of the Monster Cafe were have been moved:

They are now located in front of the restaurant's entrance:

Was this done so that they will be able to put up work walls faster?:

Yes, because the restaurant is rumored to be closing soon:
