SeaWorld's TurtleTrek - Photos and Videos (PART 1)

On Friday, April 27, 2012, the Orlando Theme Park News Team was cordially invited to attend the Grand Opening event of the new TurtleTrek attraction at SeaWorld Orlando. Before sharing with you the more than 70 photos that we took during that occasion, we have to say that we had a real blast, and we really thank a lot SeaWorld Orlando for inviting us.

Now, let's take a look around, and let's check out this new amazing attraction!:

TurtleTrek banners could be seen all over the entrance area, as well as all along the pathway leading to the attraction itself:

Here we are:

This is the entrance of the attraction:

Very nice wait-time sign:

Here's our video of the beautiful grand opening celebration, which includes some nice surprises:

Yes, the attraction is now officially open to the public!:

The exterior section of the attraction's queue:

The attraction is really focused on conservation:

Let's now journey inside:

The first pre-show room:

Here guests are able to see the gentle Manatees:

There are also some pretty big fish in here:

A display tells us when the pre-show will begin in the next room:

The second room has another huge tank with colorful Caribbean-native fish...

...and, of course, the beautiful sea turtles:

This particular sea turtle lost a part of his body due to an injury, and he may not be leaving today if he wasn't rescued by SeaWorld's Rescue Team:

At a certain point, the pre-show begins, and a SeaWorld Team Member starts to give us some background information about sea turtles and the attractions itself (this particular Team Member did a truly fantastic job, by the way):

But this is not all. Let's continue our tour:
