Hollywood Studios Update: Farewell Backlot Tour (PART 3)

Welcome to PART 3 of this Disney's Hollywood Studios photo-report. PART 2 of this update can be found by clicking on this link.
In part 2, we took a close look around The Magic of Disney Animation, where we enjoyed checking out artworks, models, and posters of upcoming Disney-Pixar movies and more. In this part of the update, we will also explore Mickey Avenue (including its two exhibits) and the very busy Pixar Place:

The LED display on the stand-by sign of Voyage of the Little Mermaid is missing:

Another sign was completely covered:

Walking toward Pixar Place:

Let's take a look around the great "Walt Disney - One Man's Dream" exhibit:

The large New Fantasyland model is gone:

The majority of the other areas of the exhibit didn't change:

Outside, we noticed a Guardians of the Galaxy billboard:

We also spotted more new railings on top of the building housing The Great Movie Ride:

The Pirates of the Caribbean exhibit/show still uses the new ticket system:

Now you get to sit down in a lounge before enjoying the exhibit:

Entering Pixar Place:

Not overly busy:

A 55-minute wait is decent for Toy Story (Midway) Mania!, believe it or nor:

Very bare construction wall with a temporary-looking menu:

Hopefully, Pixar Place will soon extend past this wall:

The temporary Wandering Oaken's Outpost will soon change location and move in the former location of the AFI Showcase (the post-show of the Studio Backlot Tour). Let's take one last look around the current building, which is rumored to become part of Toy Story Midway Mania! very soon:

Remember when this sign stated that they were working on something new for this building? Well, after more than six years, we got a new themed shop! Contain the excitement, please:

It does look nice in some areas, though:
