SeaWorld Orlando Plans to Reopen on June 11 with Enhanced Safety Measures

A few moments ago, Marc Swanson (Interim CEO, SeaWorld Parks), Kyle Miller (President of SeaWorld Orlando), and Brad Gilmour (Vice President of Operations, Discovery Cove) presented the reopening plans for SeaWorld Orlando, Discovery Cove, and Aquatica during the Orange County Economic Recovery Task Force meeting.

During the meeting, it was announced that SeaWorld Orlando currently plans to reopen to Guests on June 11. As a reminder, these plans will have to be approved by the State before they can move forward.

Like all the other theme parks and attractions in the area, SeaWorld will introduce a number of safety measures to protect both Guests and Team Members. Here you are additional information about these safety measures:

  3. @Unknown, if you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, then you probably shouldn't be going to theme parks at the moment.
