VIDEO: Behind-The-Scenes Look at the Renovated Cirque du Soleil Theater at Disney Springs
As the team preps for the world premiere of the new "Drawn to Life" show premiering at Disney Springs on April 17, 2020, Disney started sharing some behind-the-scenes videos revealing more details about the story, new custom animation, and acrobatic artistry that makes this first-of-its-kind show so special.
In this week’s video, you’ll see the enthusiastic reactions of the Cirque du Soleil artists as they see the very first glimpse of the theatre where they’ll be creating mesmerizing moments of acrobatic mastery for our guests after months of training. You’ll also hear a little more from Michel Laprise, writer and show director for “Drawn to Life” as he takes you through his vision for the production as the team prepares to bring this amazing story and tribute to the art of Disney Animation to life, in Cirque du Soleil signature style.
