4) Do I have to check-in by a certain time?

Recommended check-in is before noon. The park suggests you arrive at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled Serengeti Safari tour to allow time for your check-in, security check, and journey to the Serengeti Outpost.

5) Can I change my reservation date?

If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please visit Guest Services located just inside the park on the left of the main entrance.

6) Do Pass Members get a discount on these packages?

No, Pass Member discounts are not available on All-Inclusive Upgrade Packages.
