Disney Skyliner Gondola Cable to be Installed Soon at Disney's Hollywood Studios

As Disney Skyliner construction continues, teams are working to pull the cable that will carry gondolas, moving Guests in a new way. During construction, portions of the Disney’s Hollywood Studios parking lot will experience closures from 10 p.m.–6 a.m. beginning the night of November 9 through the morning of November 13.


While these closures will not impact many Guests, be sure to exercise caution around the parking lot of Disney's Hollywood Studios if you plan on leaving the park after 10 p.m.

    Rope? Other real gondola systems use high-tension cable. Hope Disney isn't cutting costs on the project :-)
