Walt Disney's Animation Celebration Pin Event Coming to Epcot August 24-26

On Friday, August 24 and Saturday, August 25 from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., pin enthusiasts will gather at Epcot for an exciting event filled with special pin-trading opportunities and experiences.

During "Walt Disney’s Animation Celebration Trading Event," event Guests visiting World Showplace (located between the U.K. and Canada pavilions) will be able to enjoy the following activities (admission is $150 per Guest):

• Trading Board Games (4 vouchers per day)
• Drawing 101
• Meet Disney Pin Merchandisers
• Disney Artist and Merchant Panel
• Pin Artist Signings
• Character Meet & Greets
• One $30 Disney Gift Card
• Auction Opportunity
• First Opportunity to Pre-Purchase Select Themed Walt Disney's Animation Celebration Merchandise via the Random Selection Process

Don't have a ticket for the event? No problem! The park will also host a "Public Pin-Trading Day" on Sunday, August 26, from 12 to 4 p.m. On that day, all Guests are invited to visit World Showplace to trade pins with other pin enthusiasts! Admission to Epcot is required to attend but there is no additional cost for this experience. Public Pin-Trading Day will include the following:

• Pin trading area (please, note that there will not be Disney-sponsored trading boards or activities.)
• Photo opportunities
• Shopping in Walt Disney’s Animation Celebration Store
