Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' Introduces New "Rise & Shine Southern Brunch"

Brunch lovers have another new meal to try at Disney Springs! Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' introduces its Rise & Shine Southern Brunch beginning June 24.

On Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Guests will find an all-new brunch menu featuring southern comfort foods. Highlights include a Sunrise Burger topped with pecan-smoked bacon, a fried egg, white cheddar, and tomato-bacon jam, or the Country Benedict, an open-faced big biscuit with griddled country ham, two poached eggs and house-made hollandaise. There’s also new bacon and pecan doughnuts drizzled with caramel and breakfast beverages for every palette.
