Guest Relations Test to Take Place at the Transportation & Ticket Center

As part of a test, Guest Relations services will be available to Walt Disney World Resort Guests passing through the Transportation & Ticket Center through June 2. The Guest Relations window operates from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the central area of the Vacation Planning booths (Window 3).


Services in this location include:

  • Disability Access Service enrollment
  • My Disney Experience support
  • Annual Monthly Payment Plan support
  • Disney Visa Rewards redemption
  • Disney resort hotel issues
