Disney's Hollywood Studios Update: Echo Lake Drained (PART 2)

In the previous part, we walked around the entrance of the park, Hollywood Boulevard, the Center Stage ( the park's central hub), Commissary Lane, and the area surrounding the new Grand Avenue. Let's continue to explore Disney's Hollywood Studios by heading toward Muppet Courtyard.

The "Top Secret" and "Keep Out!" signs have been on this wall for years, but they still fit perfectly...

Dinosaur Gertie will soon get a fresh coat of paint:
The lake in the middle of this area of the park was drained a few weeks ago to be repainted.

In addition to that, all the palm tree on the island in the middle of the lake are now gone. They can be seen in the following panoramic photo (taken before they were removed):

How old are your pictures I was there last week and noticed they had put a dirt ramp in by the front of Gertie, then removed all the trees on the island near Indana Jones this was on Thursday 9/21.
DeleteSome of them were taken a few days before the hurricane hit Central Florida, while the others were taken weeks after that. We waited to post them to show the changes visible before and after the storm. Newer photos will be posted in the coming days.
