Disney After Hours Returns to Magic Kingdom on January 20


Disney After Hours, a special, ticketed event at Magic Kingdom Park, takes place on select nights throughout January, February and March with the first event on Friday, Jan. 20. Back by popular demand, this special event gives Guests visiting the Magic Kingdom the chance to maximize their time in the park with little to no wait for popular attractions and character greeting locations. Just like last year, popcorn, ice cream novelties, and bottled beverages are also included during the three-hour event.  


Here you are the information that you need to know before purchasing a ticket to this special event:

Event Dates
  • Jan. 20 and 27: 9 p.m.-12 a.m.
  • Feb. 2, 9 and 16: 8-11 p.m.
  • March 2 and 9: 9 p.m.-12 a.m.

Ticket Information
A separate event ticket is required for Disney After Hours. To purchase tickets, Guests may call 407-827-7185. Guests who are already in the park may visit Guest Relations to purchase tickets on the day of the event.

Transportation
Return transportation will be available for Guests up to two hours following the event (bus and ferryboat only).

Guest Arrival
Guests may check in at the Main Entrance starting at 7 p.m. and will mix with day Guests until the event start time. Event Guests will receive a lanyard credential to distinguish them from day Guests.

Both Town Square Theater and Princess Fairytale Hall will be open during the event (please, note that only Mickey Mouse will greet Guests in Town Square Theater. Tinker Bell will not be available during event hours).

Additionally, a DJ Dance Party will take place nightly at the Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland

Food & Beverage
Guests may enjoy popcorn, ice cream novelties and select bottled beverages as part of the event admission (these are complimentary during the event). Guests can find these items at the following locations:

  2. Well, isn't the goal of this event to have fewer Guests than usual in the parks? If that's the case, then the event is a success.
