Magic Kingdom Update: Main Entrance Changes (PART 3)

Welcome to the third part of our latest Magic Kingdom Park photo-report. Don't forget to also check out PART 2 of this update if you haven't already done so.
In the previous two parts, we walked around all of the themed lands of the park, with the exception of Adventureland. The final part of this large photo-update will mostly focus on the Swiss Family Treehouse, which recently reopened after a lengthy refurbishment. As usual, we hope you will enjoy the rest of the pictures!

Take a look around the treehouse:

  1. Thanks for the update as always. Park looks beautiful. I love how they keep most areas maintained and cared for at MK. However stitches escape defies logical thinking for me. Why keep it shut when clearly lines are hitting an hour plusaround the park- especially looking at you buzz lightyear?!? Opening it will soak a small proportion of crowds at least. If it's sat there wasting space why bother? have it replaced!!

  2. @Kurt, I believe they've started renovations on one of the two stitch theatres, I haven't been in that queue in years so I can't remember how it splits, but the construction may not allow to have the other side open for a period of time.....

  3. If that's the case, then fair enough. I had heard though it will just but opening at high season periods only. To be honest, not a fan of the ride anyway and the sooner it's replaced the better in my opinion!

  4. Another possibility is that the construction of one theatre precludes the operation of the other. I assume that there is a single computer system that controlled both theatres. "Unhooking" one unit may require taking the entire system down.

Or, perhaps the construction is loud enough to make running the attraction impossible at this point.
