New Menu Items at Pizzafari and Restaurantosaurus

Two of the most popular quick service restaurants located at Disney’s Animal Kingdom recently begun serving up tasty new dishes. Restaurantosaurus has added a Grilled Chicken BLT to the menu and Pizzafari added flatbreads and a fresh tomato-cucumber salad. These items debuted on August 21, 2016.
At Pizzafari, a trio of flatbreads (cheeseburger, Mediterranean, and pepperoni) were added to round out the existing menu of robust Italian-inspired dishes.

The Cheeseburger Flatbread ($11.49) is an individual flatbread freshly baked with tangy tomato sauce, seasoned ground beef, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, ketchup, lettuce, diced tomatoes, mustard aioli, bread-and-butter pickles. It is served with a side of tomato-cucumber salad.

The Mediterranean Flatbread ($10.79) is an individual flatbread topped with alfredo sauce, mozarella, parmesan, pesto, roasted tomato, roasted red pepper, Kalamata olive, arugula, and red onion. It is served with a side of tomato-cucumber salad.

The Pepperoni Flatbread ($10.49) is an individual flatbread with tangy tomato sauce, mozzarella, and spicy pepperoni slices.

The former side salad changed to the tomato-cucumber salad, including the side dish served along with the existing menu items shrimp flatbread, cheese pizza, and the baked pasta Bolognese. 

At Restaurantosaurus, the Grilled Chicken BLT Sandwich has replaced the former Grilled Chicken Sandwich. The reimagined entrée consists of a Brioche roll, grilled chicken breast, thick-cut hickory-smoked bacon, tomato, arugula, spicy ailoi, and toasted Parmesan crumbles.
