The Polite Pig Restaurant Coming Soon to Disney Springs
The Polite Pig, a sister restaurant of popular Winter Park eatery, The Ravenous Pig, has announced it'll open in Town Center at Disney Springs in spring 2017.
Serving lunch and dinner daily, The Polite Pig will feature a variety of wood-fired smoked and grilled items. This new restaurant will also introduce an innovative beverage program offering all drinks on tap – including beer, wine and cocktails. The 5,000-square-foot dining venue will have seating for about 200 guests.

Owners and James Beard award nominees James and Julie Petrakis are partnering with James’ brother (who operates another popular Orlando-area eatery, Greens & Grille) to open the new restaurant.
“As a locally-based restaurant group, it’s great to bring our new concept to Disney Springs where we’ll have the opportunity to showcase genuine Florida cuisine for guests from around the world,” James said. “With so many talented chefs opening new restaurants at Disney Springs, we are really excited to be part of a group helping Central Florida distinguish itself as a world-class culinary destination.”

I saw the walled off area yesterday and was very intrigued on what it was (Lots of words about food, no restaurant name). Glad to see info so quick! Looking forward to this place.
