On June 24, Disney’s Water Parks will join an estimated 500 waterparks, pools and aquatic facilities around the world in hosting the 7th annual World’s Largest Swimming Lesson (WLSL). Since its inception, more than 155,000 children and adults have participated in WLSL, and more than 20 countries are expected to participate in 2016. Drowning is a leading cause of unintentional death for kids ages 1-14. Teaching children to swim is a vital skill for drowning prevention.

Additional swim lessons will be held at Mickey's Retreat. These are only open to Cast Members and their families. Limited space is available in each session, and sign-ups are being handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested Cast Members should check The Hub to learn more about these events.
