Universal Studios: New Facade Takes Shape in New York

The new Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon is still more than a year away from opening at Universal Studios Florida (judging from the current status of the project); that said, the themed facade is already taking shape in front of the partially demolished building that will soon house this brand-new attraction.
In this photo-update, we will walk around some areas of the park to check out the progress that has been done since our last visit. Enjoy this virtual tour.

First of all, let's check out the former location of Twister:

The area that used to be occupied by restrooms has been enlarged:

Taking a peek through the building is very easy now:

More pieces that will be part of the new facade were installed around the base of the building:

The Blues Brothers show is always very popular:

The Beat Builders continue to perform nearby:

The future site of Fast & Furious: Supercharged:

The refurbishment of one of the San Francisco facades continues:

And that is all for now. Before concluding, remember to like us on our official Facebook page and follow us on Twitter for live updates from the parks. 2. So it looks like they are building the NBC Studios façade / Jimmy Fallon Marquee. Or am I way off. Just looking at the real building and the VERY rough steel it looks similar.
