Universal Orlando recently recently updated the Rider’s Guide for Rider Safety and Guests with Disabilities. This guide offers detailed descriptions about every attraction located at Universal Studios Florida and the neighboring Islands of Adventure, and includes specific information for Guests with disabilities.
Available at Guest Services, the "Rider’s Guide" provides a clear outline of the accommodations at each attraction, as well as their physical requirements.

Topics include services for Guests with a hearing impairment, services for Guests using wheelchairs, service animals, guests with prosthetic limbs, guests using oxygen tanks, and more. Guests can also review the guide to assist in planning their vacation by visiting universalorlando.com and then selecting “ADA Information” under the “Plan Your Visit” menu. Here's the direct link to the PDF file.

Ride access information is also available on information signs posted at the entrance to each attraction.
