Islands of Adventure Update: More Walls in Toon Lagoon

In addition to the two major projects that are currently taking place inside Islands of Adventure (the construction of the Reign of Kong area and the refurbishment of The Incredible Hulk), quite a few areas continue to receive some attention.
As you'll see, the refurbishment of the Confisco Grille's facade has already been completed, while a large section of the Toon Lagoon area is now surrounded by walls. Let's begin to take a look around this gorgeous park. Enjoy the photos.

NOTE FROM THE EDITOR: As you might have noticed in some of the past few updates, the photos taken by one of our photographers appear to be slightly blurry on the left side. We are aware of the issue, and the photographer has been trying to fix the issue by changing the camera's settings. Unfortunately, it looks like the problem is more serious, so the camera will be brought to a camera center in the next few days. We apologize for the lower quality of the following photos.

As you can see, more details have been applied to the facade of the Confisco Grille:

The Incredible Hulk Coaster:

New signs have been installed on the walls:

This logo even lights up at night:

The rest of Marvel Superhero Island:

Walls are now up near Sweet Haven:

The area that is now closed is quite large:

Jurassic Park:

Low walls have gone up in front of the entrance of Jurassic Park River Adventure:

More walls have been installed nearby:

  3. Rumor is new track for Hulk will not be a B & M product. :( Hopefully untrue, but no B & M track spotted and they projects at Sea World and Cedar Point so it sounds believable.

  4. @First Anonymous: I am sure you're joking, tight? RIGHT?!? ;-)

@Bob: Thank you very much for your kind comment!

@Second Anonymous: That rumor was actually proven wrong when Theme Park Insider directly contacted a Universal Orlando spokesperson who confirmed that B&M would be the manufacturer of the "new" version of The Incredible Hulk Coaster: http://www.themeparkinsider.com/flume/201510/4775/

  5. It wouldn't surprise me if there is a whole new track lay out for the hulk.

Even with the metal detectors there was still possibility for loose objects to be taken on the ride and then to fall on the crowd below.
