Pecos Bill Restaurant Closing for Short Refurbishment

Guests visiting the Magic Kingdom Park in the next few days should note that the Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe (a quick-service restaurant located in the Frontierland themed area of the park) will be closed for refurbishment between September 28-30, 2015. The location will reopen on October 1 with a new menu serving fajitas, burritos, and rice bowls. 1. I know we Americans eat too many cheeseburgers, but this was a great place to get them with the "fixins" bar (sauteed mushrooms were amazing!). I'll miss the burgers, but I know Disney World will never be "done" and must continue to change and evolve. Looking forward to trying the new menu in a couple weeks...

  2. Yep. Have to agree with Jason. Pecos Bill's is one of the best for burgers and will be missed while it's getting "fixins" of it's own.

  3. Glad to see they are changing it up and growing the menu in the MK. Starlight cafe in tomorrowland still has the fixings bar, so we still have the variety :)

  4. I not been here since the fast pass+ came into force but going next year. Do they still have the self service counters in there? We thought this was very good and very quick. After we placed our order and took 2 QSDP credits we went to the selected queue and our food was ready when we got to the front.
