CityWalk Update: Cowfish Restaurant Opening Very Soon

Good evening, everyone! Before the day officially comes to a close, we would like to share with you some photos showing the work that has been done around Universal's CityWalk in the past few days. As you will see, the new Cowfish restaurant is definitely ready to welcome Guests. This new location is expected to open in a matter of weeks, even though no official date has been released to the public yet. Come along with us as we take a look around:

First of all, a new billboard advertising The Cowfish was recently installed on the side of the AMC Theaters. All of the new restaurants that opened as part of this major expansion are featured:

The Cowfish:

Most of the restaurant's official logo and signs have been installed:

The newest additions:

A "cowfish" can now be seen on top of the restaurant's main entrance:

The bright-colored building really sticks out:

The stage between these two buildings seems to be gone, at least for the moment. We would love to have this space open, unless they plan on bringing back the stage or filling this space with a new restaurant or shop as part of the rumored "phase 2" of CityWalk's expansion (which may happen):

A look at the building from the second floor of CityWalk:

The outdoor bar:

The secondary entrance of the restaurant:

Time to leave:

And that is all for now. Thank you as always for your support, and see you again real soon!

  2. Is that area upstairs with outdoor seating the same place that had an ac unit when Red Oven was finished? It looked like they weren't going to build anything there.

  3. Correct Century III. That area was filled with A/C units after Red Oven opened, so we thought the outdoor patio idea had been scrapped. Fortunately it was not!
