Cinderella’s Royal Table Refurbishment (Early 2015)

Cinderella’s Royal Table (located inside Cinderella Castle at the Magic Kingdom Park) will be closed for planned maintenance from January 5, 2015 through March 6, 2015. As always, dates are subject to change. If you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during that time, remember that there are several other character dining options around Walt Disney World Resort, including the Disney Princesses dining experience at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, located at Epcot.

    Seems like a lengthy closure, any idea what this is for?

    We don't know the details of this refurbishment, but we think it is just a much-needed regular rehab. Even though it is more of an exclusive experience, there are still hundreds of people going to this restaurant every day. That said, we would definitely not be surprised if there will be some "enhancements" included in this project...
