CityWalk Update: The Expansion Continues (PART 1)


Welcome to our newest photo-report, Orlando Theme Park News Readers!
Today we are going to take a look around Universal's CityWalk to check out the various construction zones. This great entertainment district continues to grow, and many new additions are scheduled to open in the next few months. By the end of the year, Universal Orlando's CityWalk will look completely different. So, without further ado, let's start to walk around the place together:




First of all, work continues on the wall located between the AMC Theaters and the Hollywood Drive-In Golf:





A lot of new, strange white objects can be seen on the emergency exit located right behind the area behind tarps:








Entering the heart of CityWalk:









The wall above the Guest Services window has been repainted with a different color (a light shade of blue):





On the second floor:





The future and Menchie's and Bread Box locations are now behind tarps:

















Continuing our tour of the second floor:







The future Cowfish and Vivo Italian Kitchen restaurant area:







The building housing the two restaurants is getting a wall extension on top:







They may want to hide the A/C units:









The old wavy light fixtures have been removed from the side of this building:
