Three New Services for Disney Vacation Club Members

If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member, you should take note of the following enhancements that were recently added for your benefit:

The Walt Disney World Resort recently added a new Member Education Team, Live Chat, and dedicated Spanish phone option, all designed to enhance the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Member experience. Continue reading to learn more.

  • The new Member Education Team was created to provide additional information and support for the newest DVC Members. Members can now elect to receive a call from the team in which the Cast Member will go through Frequently Asked Questions and provide helpful tips.
  • Another new feature is the Live Chat option now on the DVC Member website, giving Members another way to interact with advisors. The Member Services Online Communications team answers questions electronically in real-time during normal operating hours. Members looking to make reservations are asked to call Member Services or book via the online booking tool.
  • Finally, a dedicated Spanish option has been added to the Member Services phone menu. Now Spanish-speaking Members can choose to be directed immediately to a Spanish-speaking advisor who will assist them.
Thank you for reading. If you are a DVC Member, what do you think about these new additions?

  1. I have tried the live chat, it isn't very helpful if you have serious questions needing more than basic answers you are better off calling member services.

  3. I actually had the same experience with the live chat. They couldn't help me and advised me to call member services.

  5. I am not a DVC member, but i have used Live Chat on the Disney website. If your questions are general, it is an okay service.
