Coronado Springs: New Pepper Market Dining Concept

If you are like us and love dining at the Pepper Market (located inside Disney's Coronado Springs Resort), you will be happy to know that a new dining concept for this quick-service restaurant was recently introduced More information:

"To align with other quick-service Food & Beverage locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort and to better serve Guests, Pepper Market has fully transitioned into a self-service location. When entering into the restaurant, Guests will still receive a card to be stamped at each food kiosk they visit. However gratuity and table-side drink service will no longer be part of the dining experience.

New self-service beverage stations have been introduced along with the new Rapid Fill Mug Program, allowing Guests more flexibility in their beverage refill options by utilizing radio frequency identification technology. Additionally, new menu items were also added to several of the a la carte stations, including a made-to-order signature burger bar with tasty entrees like the California Burger and the Crab Cake Sandwich.

Pepper Market serves up delicious breakfasts from 7-11 a.m. and Mexican-inspired entrees for lunch and dinner from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. and 4:30-11 p.m. daily."

So, make sure to stop by the Pepper Market next time you visit the Walt Disney World Resort! See you soon.

  1. So glad that bizarre service has ended. The only benefit was not searching for a table but the gratuity for something I could easily do myself was silly. When my family visited Coronado Springs we only ate at the market once because of the insane gratuity charge for basically nothing, we may actually look into going back to this resort now that is counter service.
