Coronado Springs: New Maya Grill, Laguna Bar Menus


Note that since this past  Friday (October 25, 2013), Disney's Coronado Springs Resort started serving up some new offerings at the Maya Grill and the Laguna Bar. Take a look at the following new menus for more details:

APPETIZERS
  • Queso Fundido - $10.95 A bowl of delicious Mexican-style cheese dip infused with spicy Chorizo served with warm flour tortillas *GF
  • Chicken Flautas - $8.95 Our signature Shredded Chicken Tinga rolled into flour tortillas and deep fried until golden brown, served with salsa verde and red sauce topped with crema and queso fresco
  • Tamale  - $8.95 Fire roasted Poblano and Oaxaca cheese wrapped in white corn served with House Hot Sauce *GF
  • Chili Nachos - $ 10.95 A mound of tortilla chips smothered in melted cheese, chili, jalapenos, tomato and sour cream *GF
  • Empanada Duo - $8.95 Chorizo picadillo with a spicy Chipotle Aioli dipping sauce and a whipped potato, bacon and Oaxaca cheese empanada
  • Southwest Spring Rolls - $8.95 A medley of black beans, sweet corn, roasted red peppers and Monterey Jack cheese rolled in a crispy wonton wrapper and fried golden
