NALEO Conference at Contemporary Resort (2012)

Just a quick advisory for guests planning to visit the Walt Disney World Resort in the next three days:

Contemporary Resort - NALEO Annual Conference 6/21-6/23/2012

The NALEO (National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials) Annual Conference is scheduled to take place at the Walt Disney World Resort, June 21-23. Participants are expected to include a number of government officials, including President Barack Obama and former Governor Mitt Romney.

We anticipate possible traffic congestion and delays during the President’s visit on Friday, June 22. Guests should allow extra time for travel. Now through Saturday, June 23, the guest parking lot at Disney’s Contemporary Resort will only be available to Guests staying at the resort or with dining, spa or recreation reservations. 

On Thursday and Friday, June 21-22, the following guest parking lots will be available only to Guests staying at the resort or with dining, spa or recreation reservations:

• Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
• Disney’s Polynesian Resort
