"The Seas" Pavilion Returning to its Normal Hours
In the last few weeks, there have been some technical problems in "The Seas with Nemo and Friends" pavilion at Epcot, that forced the area to open later than the rest of Future World. From now on, the pavilion will return to its normal operating hours:

UPDATED: Epcot - Opening Hours at The Seas with Nemo & Friends
Although maintenance work continues around the aquarium at The Seas with Nemo & Friends, the pavilion has resumed its normal published operating schedule and will open at 9 a.m. for the remainder of the week. Because of changing conditions around and inside the aquarium, we may temporarily be moving some of the fish and other animals between the main tank and backstage holding areas.
